If you have been accepted for the Summer School of Management 2024 and paid the fee and then have to cancel your participation due to force majeure or because you have been rejected a visa, we will apply the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel before 21st April 2024 – we will refund 80% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost
• If you cancel before 19th May 2024 – we will refund 60% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost
• If you cancel after 4th June 2024  – we will refund 50% of the fee paid minus (deducted by) the transfer cost

Please note that the refund will be directed to the account it came from.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event for any valid operational reason, in which case a 100% refund of the registration fee will be made within 8 weeks of the cancellation notice. WUEB will not, under any circumstances, refund aborted travel or other associated costs.
